Lady Gaga’s manager will be her date to the Oscars
Lady Gaga has found a plus-one to Sunday’s Academy Awards following the end of her engagement to Christian Carino.Christian Carino and Lady Gaga at the SAG Awards.
The singer-turned-actress, 32, will be taking her manager, Bobby Campbell, to the awards ceremony, according to the Blast.
Gaga and Carino called off their engagement this week after the artist confirmed they were to be married in October.
The two were together at the Golden Globes and the Screen Actor’s Guild Awards. However, Gaga sparked speculation of a split at the Grammys when she was seen without her engagement ring.
The site also says that Gaga’s parents could be joining her for what could be a major milestone in her career.
The “Million Reasons” singer is nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role and Best Song for the film “A Star is Born” directed by Bradley Cooper, who also starred alongside her.
She will be performing her hit from the film, “Shallow,” with Cooper at the awards ceremony.
